How the timer works
Enter hours, minutes and seconds and press Start (or the space bar). When it reaches zero your chosen sound plays. While it runs, the tab title shows the time left so you can follow it from another tab.
Add more timers to build a sequence—say 40 seconds of work and 20 of rest—and tick "Chain" so they run one after another. With "Repeat" the sequence starts over at the end.
